• Comparing Claude, Gemini and ChatGPT for my real tasks: deep research, MCP, coding
• Using Replit Agent to build apps quickly: I've recreated a mini game from the Spiderman 2 game while on a train.

Building

• Minpaku Intelligence Platform: Building an interactive geospatial tool to analyze short-term rental (Minpaku) feasibility across Japan.
• The system overlays zoning laws, local ordinances, and registration clusters to assist investors and agents with high-confidence decisions.
• Supports address-level queries, bulk property assessments, and natural language prompts for real estate analytics.
• Currently available for Tokyo and Sapporo; scaling nationwide in progress.

Exploratory Threads

• Thinking of building a Roblox game after meeting a game designer.
• Exploring Amazon reseller automation with friends — still early, waiting for a wedge with real margins.

Activities

• Playing "Marvel Rivals" — a well-made Overwatch clone with Marvel lore. Ranked Grandmaster in competitive mode.
• Re-reading "Range" by David Epstein since it resonated with my own journey of exploring diverse interests before specializing.
